Your Responsibilities – diverse and impactful

Customer Care & Business Development:

  • Manage and further develop existing customers in the Electrical and Automotive markets.
  • Expand and maintain our wholesale network.
  • Strategically grow our business through targeted acquisitions of new customers and leveraging existing potential.
Consulting & Presentations:
  • Provide expert advice to our customers in collaboration with our product management.
  • Conduct high quality product and solution presentations, e.g., at trade fairs or customer events.
Sales & Organization:
  • Prepare and follow up on offers in close cooperation with internal sales department.
  • Handle administrative documentation and reporting standards, especially CRM data, ensuring transparency, compliance, and data integrity.
Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table
  • Completed technical education and/or solid B2B sales and customer support experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastics technology) of minimum 5 years.
  • Excellent English skills; confident MS Office user; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Driving license and high willingness to travel (approx. 60-70%, modern company car provided).
  • Analytical thinking, commercial understanding, and enthusiasm for solving technical challenges.
  • Communicative, committed, and service-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills and passion for customer service.
