About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead and coordinate our sales activities in Slovenia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in automotive spare parts sales, and a passion for expanding business in new regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the sales and active sales team.
  • Approach customers, develop new regions, and expand the company's presence in the Slovenian market.
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team by demonstrating best practices and leading by example.
  • Support team members through mentoring, coaching, and training to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.
  • Cooperate with Skuba Group HQ on product range, quality, pricing, and delivery matters.
  • Analyze and monitor competition, customer satisfaction, and order profitability.
  • Implement and follow sales plans to achieve company targets.

Goals

  • Increase market share and strengthen the company's position in Slovenia.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and order profitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong, motivated, and high-performing sales team.
  • Align local strategy with Skuba Group international standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both the sales team and customers.
  • Experience in sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, lubricants, tires, or similar automotive products.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in working with truck service companies, transport businesses, and industrial fleet operators.
  • Ability to analyze market competition and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the country for business needs.
