Due to expansion to the SEE region, we are looking for the role:
ZEEKR SALES & NETWORK MANAGER for SEE region
Purpose of the position:
The ZEEKR Sales & Network Manager is responsible for the sales department of SEE countries, including functions of Sales, Network Development & Management, Product Management. The Sales & Network Manager makes sure that activities are planned and implemented to ensure the maximum ZEEKR share in the relevant segments and markets of the SEE region. The Sales & Network Manager also ensures that sales performance is in line with the agreed targets, through motivation of dealers and ZEEKR sales staff. The Sales & Network Manager must ensure that plans are in place to follow ZEEKR International Overseas guidelines and procedures.
Main roles & responsibilities:
- Drive dealers to achieve markets sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines and implementing ZEEKR standards.
- Provide coordination and support to the entire sales network.
- Achieve sales goals and take care of the development of the sales network.
- Order vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the pipeline of cars to ensure that ZEEKR is in a position to fulfil agreed targets.
- Prepare the pricing strategy for SEE markets.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly actual and planned sales.
- Find opportunities in terms of dealers, customers, market development.
- Organise trainings prescribed by ZEEKR, but also suggest and add valuable trainings outside the prescribed ones.
- Find opportunities in terms of dealers, customers, market development.
- Increase the Market Share within the SEE region by driving new car retail sales.
- Establish a sound strategy to increase dealer and brand loyalty throughout the area.
- Perform sales activities. Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with BRAND and the Dealer.
- Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
- Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures, and adapt BRAND Int. policy.
- Communicate results and reports on a planned and regular basis, to maximize SEE markets performance.
- Be a part of the Management group and contribute to the general achievement of yearly targets for ZEEKR.
- Be a part of the Management group and contribute to the development of the long-term strategy of the company.
We want to cooperate with you and are looking for:
- Senior management experience from automotive industry (at least 7 years)
- Knowledge of all markets in the region
- High level of understanding in terms of sales management, as well as a general understanding of all profit centres in the automotive business
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs
- Ability to work in a team
- The desire to travel
- Driving license B category
