We're now seeking an
active and ambitious Sales Manager
to drive our sales growth in Slovenia and Croatia.

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage sales, meeting targets and implementing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Work on-site in Ljubljana (BTC, Grška 13) with occasional business trips.

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in tools, fittings, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Language skills: Slovenian B2+, Croatian B2+, English; Russian is a plus.

What we offer

  • Official employment with paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00.
  • Salary + performance-based bonus.
  • Total income after probation:
    €1500–2000 net
