Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Ljubljana, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing training to clients. They will also oversee sales management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets. The role involves significant interaction with clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

You will also tightly cooperate with the product and development team in order to provide customer feedback and help improve the core product and create new product offering.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Training
  • Strong Sales Management capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of AI and data extraction technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
