, ki zna samostojno voditi prodajne priložnosti – od prvega stika do podpisa pogodbe. Osebo, ki se zna povezati z različnimi sogovorniki – direktorji, HR in L&D strokovnjaki, mladimi udeleženci ter starši. Tvoj cilj bo graditi odnose, odkrivati potrebe in jih pretvarjati v konkretne rezultate.

KLJUČNE ODGOVORNOSTI

  • Proaktivno iskanje in odpiranje novih prodajnih priložnosti ter njihovo kvalificiranje.
  • Izvajanje telefonskih in video klicev ter srečanj v živo, s poudarkom na jasni in prepričljivi predstavitvi izobraževalnih programov.
  • Priprava ponudb, vodenje pogajanj in uspešno zaključevanje poslov.
  • Dosledno vodenje in ažuriranje CRM sistema – spremljanje prodajnega procesa, faz in napovedi.
  • Aktivna prisotnost na dogodkih, predstavitvah in demo sejah ter gradnja mreže poslovnih stikov.
  • Tesno sodelovanje z marketingom pri izmenjavi povratnih informacij in oblikovanju učinkovitih pristopov za pridobivanje novih strank.

OD KANDIDATOV PRIČAKUJEMO

  • Dokazljive izkušnje na področju prodaje (B2B in/ali B2C).
  • Odlične komunikacijske sposobnosti ter zmožnost vzpostavljanja odnosa z različnimi sogovorniki in generacijami.
  • Izrazite pogajalske spretnosti, visoka raven energije in vztrajnost pri doseganju ciljev.
  • Udobje pri telefonski komunikaciji, vključno z izvajanjem hladnih klicev.
  • Dobro razumevanje svetovalne prodaje in daljših prodajnih ciklov.
  • Prednost predstavljajo izkušnje v izobraževalnem sektorju ali s SaaS/online storitvami ter uporaba CRM sistemov.
