We're hiring a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to help us attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across multiple functions and markets. You'll play a key role in scaling our team by identifying exceptional candidates, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for roles in development, sales, marketing, and operations.

    You manage multi-country recruiting campaigns, helping Influee attract diverse talent across Europe and beyond.

    Hiring processes are streamlined, structured, and efficient, ensuring we quickly secure the best people while maintaining quality.

    Your hiring efforts directly support Influee's expansion, helping us scale at +200% YoY with the right talent in place.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    end-to-end recruitment
    across multiple functions (tech, sales, marketing, and operations).
  • Background in hiring for
    tech companies
    or
    startups
    , ideally fast-paced and high-growth.
  • Experience recruiting in
    multiple countries
    , with an understanding of diverse hiring markets and challenges.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of experience with Talent Acquisition
