On behalf of our client – a leading company in the investment goods sector with a strong footprint across Central and Eastern Europe – we are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial DIRECTOR to lead SALES and AFTER SALES OPERATIONS in LJUBLJANA with possibility of advancement to Managing Director.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility, including sales strategy and operational execution
  • Direct personal sales to customer
  • Direct management and leadership of the local sales and service team
  • Active acquisition and support of key customers
  • Optimization of commercial and service structures
  • Coordination with group headquarters and international manufacturing partners
  • Oversight of receivables and financial discipline

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in a senior commercial or general management role within the investment goods sector (e.g. construction equipment, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery)
  • Solid network within the Slovenian construction industry
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Results-driven leadership style with strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
