With offices in 25+ countries and a growing international presence, Dalux is expanding fast, and we're now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Slovenia.
Awesome But what will my new role be?
We are looking for a motivated person who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Slovenia. We are seeking a technically skilled colleague who is eager to drive digitization in the construction and facility management industry and who is genuinely interested in providing our customers with an excellent Dalux experience.
Your main tasks will include:
- Identify new potential customers, thoroughly understand their needs, and match them with our high-end digital solutions
- Confidently handle complex B2B software sales processes according to strategy and maintain strong relations with both new and existing customers
- Successfully implement Dalux software in the customer's organization and train their super users – both online and directly at the construction site
- Constantly deepen your practical skills in the use of our software
- Engage in various marketing activities such as attending conferences, Dalux events, trade shows, and seminars as well as conducting webinars focusing on Dalux products
- Participate actively in our internal network at Dalux
The role is full-time and located in Slovenia.
Your background
You are native in Slovenian and fluent in English. You have a degree in construction, business development, or a related field. Proven and substantial B2B SaaS sales skills are essential, as well as the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of new software solutions. Furthermore, we expect you to have a thorough understanding of the construction industry in Slovenia.
