Our company operates across three divisions: the Agroline Sector, the Defence Sector, and the IT Sector. We are currently looking for a strong and strategic Agroline Technical Director with an excellent technical background to oversee our Agroline Sector - covering everything from technical development to marketing and sales activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • responsibility for managing, organizing and supervising work processes for the agroline sector;
  • planning and preparing plans for achieving the company's goals in the field of the agroline sector;
  • cooperating with other departments to improve work processes;
  • collecting feedback on performance and user feedback, as well as analyzing and evaluating functionality;
  • supervising and directing technical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations and managing engineering teams;
  • developing and maintaining professional-level relationships with key clients;
  • supervising and coordinating the processes of the R&D Department in accordance with the current organizational structure of the company;
  • encouraging employees to innovate, motivating them for work and ensuring increased productivity;
  • representing the company at national and international trade fairs and other events;
  • preparing annual plans for the agroline sector in line with strategic goals, business policy and yearly guidelines and ensuring their implementation;
  • preparing and maintaining required records and reports;
  • monitoring developments in the profession, transferring knowledge, and introducing innovations in the relevant work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • knowledge of the English language;
  • strong technical background in engineering, technologies and project management;
  • excellent leadership, strategic and communication skills;
  • familiarity with modern digital tools and platforms for managing research projects;
  • ability to travel frequently, independently and/or as part of a team;
  • computer proficiency (MS Office / LibreOffice programs);
  • diligence and precision.
