As a Sales Operations Coordinator B2B you would be responsible for order management related Artwork coordination, complaint management and customer requests for 3rd party business within the B2B environment by ensuring full integration of local and global processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent management of Artwork changes on behalf of 3rd party customers and coordination of Artwork-related impact on production planning schedule.
- Timely processing of Artwork changes using relevant system and ensuring correct implementation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Artwork support function for product launches and transfer projects. Contact point for 3rd party customers for Artwork-related requests.
- Support function for NGO business-related SC and order management topics.
- Reporting of technical complaints and transport deviations within 24 hours for Sales Operations B2B and coordination of complaint-related activities.
- Support function for forecasting of 3rd party customer demand and customer requests.
- Strong focus on compliance topics and support for process improvements within Sales Operations B2B.
- Close collaboration with B2B and production sites to ensure timely communication and follow-up actions.
What you will bring to the role:
- Finished High-School-Level with a minimum of three years working experience or a Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or similar
- Working experience in a similar position
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of MS Office

Kot Koordinator prodajnih operacij B2B boste odgovorni za upravljanje naročil, koordinacijo sprememb embalaže (Artwork), obravnavo reklamacij ter odzivanje na zahteve strank v okviru poslovanja s tretjimi strankami v B2B okolju, pri čemer boste zagotavljali popolno integracijo lokalnih in globalnih procesov.
Ključne odgovornosti:
- Samostojno upravljanje sprememb embalaže (Artwork) v imenu strank tretjih oseb ter koordinacija vpliva sprememb embalaže na načrtovanje proizvodnje.
- Pravočasna obdelava sprememb embalaže z uporabo ustreznega sistema in zagotavljanje pravilne implementacije v skladu z regulativnimi zahtevami.
- Podpora pri embalaži za lansiranje izdelkov in projekte prenosa. Kontaktna točka za stranke tretjih oseb za zahteve, povezane z embalažo.
- Podpora pri temah, povezanih z oskrbovalno verigo in upravljanjem naročil v okviru NGO poslovanja.
- Poročanje tehničnih reklamacij in odstopanj pri transportu v 24 urah za B2B prodajne operacije ter koordinacija aktivnosti, povezanih z reklamacijami.
- Podpora pri napovedovanju povpraševanja strank tretjih oseb in obravnavi njihovih zahtev.
- Močan poudarek na skladnosti in podpora izboljšavam procesov znotraj B2B prodajnih operacij.
- Tesno sodelovanje z B2B oddelkom in proizvodnimi lokacijami za pravočasno komunikacijo in nadaljnje ukrepanje.
Kaj prinašate v to vlogo:
- Zaključena srednješolska izobrazba z najmanj tremi leti delovnih izkušenj ali diploma iz poslovnih ved, ekonomije ali podobnega področja.
- Delovne izkušnje na podobnem delovnem mestu.
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika (govorno in pisno).
- Poznavanje MS Office orodij.
