Tvoja vloga bo kombinacija
strateškega načrtovanja
in
operativnega vodenja prodaje programskih rešitev
. Skrbel boš za nastop podjetja na trgu, usmerjanje ekipe in pozitivno izkušnjo naših partnerjev.
Osrednje odgovornosti in naloge bodo:
- načrtovanje prodajne strategije in ciljev v skladu s strategijo podjetja in posameznih programov
- oblikovanje prodajnih pristopov in ponudb v sodelovanju z vodji programov ter tehničnimi strokovnjaki
- vpeljava novih prodajnih metodologij in orodij
- spremljanje trendov na trgu in uvajanje sprememb v prodajne pristope
- širitev prodajne mreže s proaktivnim iskanjem potencialnih strank in pospeševanjem prodaje pri obstoječih strankah
- identifikacija in razvoj novih trgov, partnerstev in strateških poslov
- skrb za ekipno doseganje prodajnih načrtov in ciljev
- organizacija dela sodelavcev in skrb za razvoj ter mentoriranje prodajne ekipe
- tesno sodelovanje z marketingom, programi in drugimi funkcijami v podjetju pri določanju prodajnih ciljev, priložnosti in kazalnikov
Vabimo te, če:
- imaš vsaj 7 let delovnih izkušenj na področju B2B prodaje kompleksnih tehnoloških rešitev in digitalnih produktov ter razvoja poslovanja
- imaš vsaj 3 leta izkušenj z vodenjem prodajne ekipe in doseganjem prodajnih ciljev
- imaš izkušnje z gradnjo partnerstev (lokalno in mednarodno)
- aktivno govoriš angleški jezik
- si strateško, akcijsko in analitično naravnan
- imaš odlično razvite komunikacijske, pogajalske in organizacijske spretnosti
- meniš, da imaš dober »sense of business«, predvsem pri prepoznavi priložnosti
