Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Finance located in Ljubljana. The Head of Finance will be responsible and lead processes related to tasks such as invoicing, payment transactions, suppliers relations, finance, accounting, and communication related to financial transactions and operations within the firm. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data to advise on financial decisions, leading financial strategy and planning, and collaborating with other departments to drive the firm's financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on Finance,
• Experience in Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations
• Strong Communication skills,
• Being proactive, goal-oriented, precise, discrete, having sense of initiative, high ethic standards, teamwork, attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks,
• 2 years of previous experience in a finance-related role (preferably services industry) / invoicing, management of internal registers (e.g. payrolls, vacation, sick leaves, etc.), drafting of proposals, management of payment systems, management of suppliers, management of relationship with outsourced accounting providers, debt collection (back office), etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Grade VI),
• Good MS Office (all relevant tools) skills,
• Fluent in business English and Slovene (written and oral).
