GenePlanet is an innovative, high-tech company present in more than 40 countries. We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is capable of excellent performance in the role of Senior Sales Specialist focusing on acquiring, developing, and managing our global distributor network for NIPT. You will be the face of the company for our distribution partners, dedicated to maintaining and strengthening these key relationships. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through empowering our distributors, ensuring smooth operations, and exploiting new opportunities discovered on the market.
TasksKey tasks:
- Drive NIPT Sales Growth and Market Expansion by determining and executing the strategy for new distributor acquisition
- Proactively monitor distributor sales performance against targets, creating and implementing corrective action plans and incentive programs to ensure goal achievement.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship and serve as the primary commercial and strategic liaison for our global NIPT distribution partners.
- Organize and conduct regular, high-impact product and sales training for distributor sales teams to ensure maximum product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Represent GenePlanet globally, traveling extensively (up to 70%) to meet with distributors, support key sales tenders, and attend relevant international industry events
Your skills
- Hands-on, sales-driven, and highly autonomous individual capable of managing a global territory independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when dealing with partners and distributors.
- A solid background in managing distributor or key account relationships, preferably within the medical device or diagnostic industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to quickly master NIPT testing (Product training provided)
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and laboratory business, particularly in the private sector.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage complex accounts, and achieve sales quotas.
- Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language relevant to our key markets is a plus.
You would have an advantage with:
- Higher education degree (biotechnology, biology, medicine, biochemistry, microbiology, or similar).
- Experience in working in the field of laboratory business is a plus
- Past experience with NIPT is a big plus
