Payten (a member of ASEE Group) offers complete, omnichannel payment industry solutions for financial and non-financial institutions supporting card and cardless transactions. We are currently looking for an Accountant that will apply basic knowledge of accounting principles, ASEE policies, procedures and job skills in order to compile and analyse financial information, to prepare entries to the Company accounts to document business transactions and to prepare accurate, timely financial reports and statements within accounting department.

Main accountabilities:


• Posting incoming and outgoing invoices


• Posting bank statements


• Reconciling open items with customers and suppliers


• Administrative tasks


• Maintaining documentation

Requirements:


• Education level V (equivalent to secondary vocational education)


• 3+ years of working experience in similar jobs


• Excellent verbal and written Slovenian and English

• Proficiency in Excel


• Knowledge of the VAT system


• Basic knowledge of payroll processing


• Tax and accounting legislation


• Experience with the accounting software Pantheon is an advantag


• Knowledge of IFRS standards is an advantage
