We are currently looking for a
Sales Manager for the Slovenian market
to join our Kingspan Insulated Panels CEME team. This role will be responsible for developing sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence across Slovenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and identify
new business opportunities in Slovenia. - Build and maintain relationships with architects, investors, contractors, and authorities.
- Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Support product launches and increase market penetration.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Cooperate with customer service, accounting, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum
3 years of experience in sales (construction industry preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and well-organised.
- An analytical mindset and good presentation skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP/FABS is a plus.
- English C1 and fluent Slovenian.
