In this combined role, you will be responsible for providing high-level product, application, and workflow support to customers, while also managing key accounts and driving business growth within your territory. You will act as a trusted partner to laboratories, ensuring smooth implementation of automation solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales and post-sales process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and online product and application support to customers at an expert level.
  • Offer consultation and support in laboratory operations and automation implementation.
  • Design and implement appropriate workflow solutions to optimize laboratory efficiency.
  • Provide on-site support during the transition phase to new automated systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor supply levels, instrument orders, and service indicators to maintain high service standards.
  • Gather and share customer information in line with internal regulations.
  • Prepare product offers and ensure execution of sales processes, including purchase and service contracts.
  • Participate in company presentations, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Negotiate equipment loan terms, prepare necessary documentation, and create contracts in cooperation with product and service teams.
  • Attend regular company and sales team meetings and actively contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications and experience:

  • University or Master's degree in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or Natural Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory or in a similar commercial or technical role.
  • Experience with laboratory automation is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Team-oriented approach combined with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and goal-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Very good command of spoken and written Slovenian and English
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time (occasional international travel possible).
