Vodja ekipe ambasadorjev blagovne znamke – Slovenij

Položaj:
Iščemo strateško usmerjenega in praktičnega vodjo ekipe ambasadorjev blagovne znamke (BA), ki bo odgovoren za strukturo, uspešnost in digitalno koordinacijo BA ekipe v Sloveniji. Vloga združuje vodenje ekipe, upravljanje digitalnih orodij in sodelovanje z deležniki za spodbujanje rasti v kategoriji izdelkov z zmanjšanim tveganjem (RRP).

Naloge:

• Oblikovanje strukture ekipe in upravljanje uspešnosti

• Upravljanje kadrov v tesnem sodelovanju z zaposlitveno agencijo

• Vzdrževanje motivacijskega sistema nagrajevanja za dosego ciljev

• Spodbujanje medfunkcijskega sodelovanja

• Upravljanje digitalnih orodij in aplikacij

Zahteve:

• 5 let izkušenj v prodaji (prednost imajo izkušnje v tobačni industriji), vključno z neposredno terensko prodajo

• Praktične izkušnje z vodenjem ekipe

• Slovenski materni jezik in tekoče znanje angleščine

• Univerzitetna izobrazba

• Dobro poznavanje MS Office orodij (vključno z Excelom)
