Business Controller Adriatic North

What You Will Do
At Volvo Adriatic North you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

You will report to the CFO of Volvo Adriatic North, based in Ljubljana/Zagreb

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Monitoring truck sales transactions
• Monitoring business operations in the field of truck servicing
• Participation in the preparation of periodic and annual financial plans
• Participation in preparing monthly and annual business reports, analyzing deviations, providing explanations, and proposing corrective measures
• Profitability analyses across different categories
• Ensuring internal processes and controls comply with Volvo Group guidelines and applicable legislation
• Collaboration with other company departments
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Other controlling-related tasks

Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:

• University degree in Economics (or similar field)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools; knowledge of MS Power BI and database experience are an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Slovenian/Croatian is an asset
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• High level of accuracy, integrity, responsibility, openness to change, and willingness to learn
