On behalf of our client, an international company specializing in the wholesale of truck spare parts, we are looking for a
Technical Sales Representative
to join their wholesale store in
Ljubljana
. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders both in person and via email.

Job Description:

  • Working hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

(plus two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Open to both
    experienced candidates
    from the industry and
    motivated beginners
    who are communicative, goal-oriented, and eager to learn catalogue-based sales in the truck/transport industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales in a wholesale store: assisting clients with spare part orders in person or via email.
  • Identifying part numbers based on VIN codes using OEM catalogues (Mercedes, MAN, Iveco, etc.), checking stock, and informing clients about prices.
  • Issuing goods in the store.
  • Performing B2B sales outreach: making a few sales calls daily during quieter periods in the store.
  • Occasionally delivering goods to clients (transport companies, truck repair shops) to cover for an absent colleague.

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education in a technical field (e.g. automotive technician, mechanical technician, etc.).
  • Sales-oriented, communicative, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Experience in spare parts sales (car or truck parts) and knowledge of catalogues (especially Iveco, MAN, Mercedes) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • For candidates without prior experience, willingness to learn about the product range and interest in the truck/transport industry is essential.
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Office).
  • Valid
    Category B
    driving license.
