Mlajši poslovni analitik v maloprodaji

Odgovornosti:
  • Izvajanje dnevnega usklajevanja gotovine in ostalih bančnih transakcij za vsako trgovino v skladu s predpisi.
  • Vodenje procesov planiranja in spremljanja poslovanja maloprodajnih trgovin.
  • Vnašanje akcij in popustov v sistem, skrb za njihovo pravilno in nemoteno delovanje.
  • Tesno sodelovanje s prodajno, marketinško, logistično in finančno ekipo za učinkovito operativnost.
  • Tesno sodelovanje z nabavo/VM in pomoč pri izvajanju naslednjih del in nalog:
  • Spremljanje in analiza prodajnih podatkov po trgovinah za prepoznavanje najbolje prodajanih izdelkov, počasneje prodajanih artiklov in sezonskih trendov.
  • Pomoč pri optimizaciji asortimana za vsako trgovino na osnovin analiz.
  • Vnašanje naročil (orderjev) v sistem.
  • Kreiranje in priprava PowerPoint prezentacij za interni in zunanji namen.
  • Redno preverjanje naročil.
  • Podpora pri pripravi opening paketov za nove trgovine.
  • Spremljanje rokov, podpora pri vnosih in pregledih v sistemih.
  • Delo z Excel preglednicami in podatkovnimi analizami.
  • Administrativna pomoč pri poročilih in ostalih tedenskih nalogah po navodilu nadrejenega.

Kvalifikacije:
  • Odlične analitične sposobnosti.
  • Tekoče znanje slovenskega jezika, odlično znanje angleškega in hrvaškega jezika.
  • Odlične računalniške veščine (MS Office, PowerBI, PowerPoint itd.).
  • Hitro razumevanje in rešitveno naravnan pristop k delu.
  • Praktičen pristop ter proaktiven, zanesljiv in rešitveno naravnan stil dela.
  • Organizacijske sposobnosti z izkušnjami pri postavljanju prioritet in spoštovanju rokov.
  • Delovne izkušnje - dve leti izkušenj na področju financ, po možnosti na primerljivem delovnem mestu v maloprodaji.
