Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Retail & Hospitality Food Safety Auditor (Freelancer) in Chile. The Food Safety Auditor will perform independent audits and inspections of retail and hospitality food establishments, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. The role involves preparing detailed reports, providing technical advice, and conducting training sessions for clients to enhance their food safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in Food Technology and Food Science
  • Skills in Auditing and Quality Assurance : GFSI retail experience (McDonald's, YUM, Subway, Starbucks, RBI, or Krispy Kreme)
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
