Accounting & Reporting Specialist

WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

You have:

• A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's).

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, ideally from a similar or larger organization.

• Experience working with audit companies.

• A strong tax background and confidence in handling compliance and complex tax matters.

• Proven skills in reconciliations, analytical reviews, journal entries, and maintaining reliable internal controls.

• Great attention to detail and a strong focus on quality – helping the business stay on the right track.

• A natural ability to build trustful relationships and work together with colleagues across teams and functions.

• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

It's not a must, but it's great if you bring:

• Knowledge of SAP systems.

• Experience working with Shared Service Centers and collaborating across different locations.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of all financial reports, following INGKA Group rules, local GAAP, and other relevant regulations.

• Maintain high-quality accounting and reporting standards to support business decision-making and compliance.

• Handle various reconciliations, perform analytical reviews, and maintain strong internal controls.

• Process financial data accurately and on time, working with SAP as part of the accounting framework.

• Work closely with Group and Country teams to reduce differences between global standards and local business needs, ensuring efficient ways of working.

• Participate in global projects and support their local implementation to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes and reporting.

• Collaborate with business areas, group functions, and process teams within Ingka Group.

We offer a temporary, full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, until September 2026. In this role, you will report to the Accounting & Reporting Manager.
