vodjo razvoja in glavnega arhitekta rešitev
, ki bo s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami usmerjal tehnološki razvoj podjetja. Tvoja vloga bo skrb za produktivnost, uvajanje tehnologij in sprememb v procesih razvoja programske opreme, zagotavljanje tehnične odličnosti ter dolgoročne vzdržnosti rešitev, s katerimi našim strankam prinašamo kakovostne in inovativne digitalne storitve.

Osrednje odgovornosti in naloge bodo:

  • oblikovanje in izvajanje tehnološke strategije podjetja v skladu s poslovnimi cilji
  • izbira tehnoloških smernic, arhitekture in razvojnih orodij
  • vodenje sprememb v načinu razvoja programske opreme – uvedba tehnoloških in procesnih izboljšav ter novih pristopov, orodij ter tehnik
  • spremljanje tehnoloških trendov ter uvajanje izboljšav in inovacij v skladu s strategijo podjetja, z aktivno podporo raziskovalnim projektom in pridobivanjem razvojnih sredstev
  • vodenje arhitektov in tehničnih vodij ter gradnja močne tehnične skupnosti preko mentorstva
  • upravljanje tehničnega dolga in zagotavljanje dolgoročne vzdržnosti ter skladnosti sistemov
  • aktivno sodelovanje v predprodajnih in strateških pobudah (od analize potreb do oblikovanja tehničnih rešitev)
  • implementacija varnostnih standardov in skrb za skladnost z regulativami

Vabimo te, če:

  • imaš vsaj 7 let izkušenj na področju razvoja programskih rešitev po meri
  • imaš vsaj 3 leta izkušenj z vodenjem razvojnih ekip in sodelovanjem v multidisciplinarnih timih
  • odlično poznaš Microsoftov razvojni ekosistem (.NET, MS SQL)
  • imaš izkušnje s frontend tehnologijami (React, Angular ali podobno)
  • imaš izkušnje z arhitekturo kompleksnih rešitev in sodobnimi tehnologijami (mikrostoritve, oblačne arhitekture, CI/CD, DevOps, SaaS produkti, razvojne platforme…)
  • razumeš dinamiko povezovanja tehnologije in poslovnih ciljev
  • razumeš ekonomiko razvoja (stroški, ROI, produktivnost ekip)
  • imaš odlično razvite komunikacijske in organizacijske spretnosti
  • razmišljaš strateško, analitično in razvojno
  • tekoče govoriš angleško
