Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ljubljana for the position of Office & Administrative Manager.
We are seeking an
Office & Administrative Manager
to ensure smooth daily operations and provide high-level administrative support.
You'll manage office organization, documentation, payments, logistics, and team coordination - becoming the go-to person for keeping our administrative and other operations efficient and well-structured.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Manage company documentation, vendor contracts, and records.
- Handle payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, offsites, and company events.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding and internal communication.
- Maintain organized workflows and help improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Solid understanding of basic finance, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Dependable, professional, and discreet in handling confidential information.
- Interest or background in crypto, fintech, or software is an advantage.
