Partner Success Administrator
to cover a period of parental leave. You would join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team based in Ljubljana, Slovenia for a fixed term contract with a dynamic culture based on a sense of family and pioneering spirit.

The Role

The role of Partner Success Administrator will be working with the support of the Partner Success Manager in a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Europe and Asia Pacific growing our partner network, and helping them deliver the best product and service. The position is in-office in central Ljubljana, full time from early 2026 or late 2025 (negotiable) until mid-February 2027 or when the staff member returns from parental leave.

Responsibilities

Growing the partner network entails securing and maintaining contracted relationships with catering partners in our top departure locations. You will be responsible for the administration of negotiations and contracts. Onboarding the partner is the next critical step, this involves working alongside the partner and our Operations team to ensure the partner is set-up and ready to receive orders.

Beyond onboarding you will continue to work with the catering partner to ensure they are optimising their product and service to meet the needs of the customer base and our best practise requirements. This will result in the partner winning repeat business from our customer base and will strengthen our market reputation and business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • General knowledge of building and managing contracts
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Fluent and professional language skills, both written and spoken, in English and at least one other European language.
  • Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and outstanding negotiation skills
  • Experience in global procurement platform and/or industries such as aviation, hotels and travel an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
