- platforma z umetno inteligenco, ki pospeši in poenostavi pripravo kakovostnih e-izobraževalnih vsebin.
Opis delovnega mesta
Kot Specialist/ka za podporo uporabnikom boš skrbel/a za hiter, prijazen in strokoven odziv na potrebe naših B2B strank ter prispeval/a k temu, da iz naših rešitev potegnejo največ. Tvoje delo bo neposredno vplivalo na zadovoljstvo, lojalnost in uspeh naših uporabnikov.
Ključne odgovornosti
- Podpora strankam: odgovarjanje na zahtevke prek e-pošte, klepeta in telefona; vodenje skozi korake reševanja težav.
- Svetovanje in onboarding: pomoč pri uvajanju novih strank in optimalni uporabi platforme.
- Znanje v bazi: urejanje in posodabljanje centra za pomoč (FAQ, vodiči, navodila).
- Delo v CRM: vnos in vzdrževanje ključnih podatkov ter uporaba internih orodij za vodenje odnosov s strankami.
- E-tečaji: pomoč ekipi pri izdelavi e-tečajev in koordinacija izdelave za stranke.
- Sodelovanje z ekipami: prenos povratnih informacij strank produktni/razvojni ekipi.
Kaj pričakujemo
- Jeziki: odlično znanje slovenščine in dobro znanje angleščine (pisno in ustno); znanje hrvaščine ali srbščine je prednost.
- Tehnologija: napredna digitalna pismenost in hitro učenje novih orodij; prednost so izkušnje s SaaS platformami, urejevalniki dokumentov in CRM-jem.
- Organizacija: sposobnost samostojnega dela, postavljanja prioritet in obvladovanja več nalog hkrati brez izgube kakovosti.
- Komunikacija in odnos do strank: prijaznost, jasnost in iznajdljivost pri iskanju rešitev.
- Analitika in reševanje težav: sposobnost analizirati težavo, predlagati jasne korake in po potrebi vključiti ekipo.
- Izkušnje: predhodne izkušnje v podpori uporabnikom ali administraciji so prednost (niso pa pogoj).
