About the opportunity 

The Demand Operations team is seeking a motivated, curious, and proactive candidate to join their team. 

You will be responsible for aligning and optimising go-to-market processes, data, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive predictable, scalable growth. You will own end-to-end revenue process design, insights, and systems that improve efficiency, conversion, and retention throughout the funnel.

What will you do?

• Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders in our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing).
• Own the standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real-time performance updates for each commercial team.
• Take ownership of our Salesforce instances, focusing on data enrichment, data hygiene, and maintaining high deliverability rates for our communications.
• Implement robust tracking and measurement strategies to analyse and optimize all stages of the revenue funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing multi-touch attribution.

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experiences: 

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles. 
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Analytical skills; SQL and/or Excel/Google Sheets modeling. 
• Excellent communication skills.
