We're looking for a UGC & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and supercharge our social presence. If you live and breathe TikTok and Instagram, know how to turn creators into brand advocates, and can create scroll-stopping campaigns — this role is for you.

What you'll do:


• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across EU markets.


• Negotiate collaborations and ensure partnerships deliver measurable results.


• Plan and execute UGC campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.


• Prepare content content calendar and content aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.


• Analyze creator and campaign performance, optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.


• Work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to bring fresh ideas to life.

What we're looking for:


• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC management, or social media.


• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms.


• A creative eye for content, trends, and storytelling.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Organized, data-driven, able to juggle multiple projects.


• Passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends.
