Specialist - Marketing

Job Scope

The Specialist - Marketing is accountable for developing and implementing Apple marketing campaigns with the aim of promoting Apple products. S/He handles various responsibilities ranging from creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative, all aligned towards the achievement of the overall marketing strategy.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the Apple marketing strategy based on market insights and data analytics retrieved from different channels at hand;
  • Participate in the creation and development of Apple marketing campaigns and follow through the implementation with Apple Authorised Resellers, Apple and both internally;
  • Organize and oversee campaigns and promotional events on social media using different channels and targeting various audiences;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition using different tools including but not limited to focus groups, call backs, surveys etc.;
  • Gather and analyse data that helps identify and define future campaigns and activities for targeted audiences;
  • Produce creative written and multimedia contents to be used on different digital and online platforms increasing engagement;
  • Write, edit and proofread creative contents for diverse marketing productions (brochures, website, press releases, materials, etc.);
  • Maintain the company website and update all information at all times;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external partners including media, advertising companies, agencies etc.;
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of campaigns and events using various metrics and submit reports accordingly;
  • Organize events and exhibitions in coordination with internal and external parties;
  • Coordinate with the sales team and develop targeted marketing campaigns and activities that meet sales strategies.

Position Requirements

Proficient in Croatian or Serbian and English.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
