We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Marketing Specialist (m/f)
focused on social media. Your role will be to strategically and operationally manage our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels, collaborate with agencies and influencers, and plan effective campaigns that reach target audiences and build a strong brand presence.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,...)
  • Managing channels via Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
  • Creating, publishing, and optimizing content and ad campaign
  • Coordinating with agencies for TikTok advertising and influencer marketing
  • Organizing giveaways, promotions, and campaign
  • Monitoring online trends and user behavior
  • Tracking and analyzing results (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Preparing reports and improvement suggestions based on data
  • Collaborating with other departments on communication planning and execution
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily tasks and project

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms: Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics
  • Independence, proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Creative content approach and understanding of target audience
  • Slovenian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Croatian is an advantage
