Naša ekipa za pomoč strankam išče novega sodelavca, ki bo skrbel za učinkovito komunikacijo s kupci ter zagotavljanje njihovega zadovoljstva.

Glavne odgovornosti:
  • samostojno komuniciranje s strankami po telefonu in elektronski pošti,
  • skrb za zadovoljstvo kupcev,
  • pridobivanje informacij in priprava odgovorov v sodelovanju z drugimi oddelki,
  • sprejem naročil oddanih po telefonu,
  • urejanje menjav artiklov, sprememb naslovov in naročil z nedobavljivimi izdelki,
  • pregled ter urejanje starejših naročil v SAP,
  • izvajanje enostavnih administrativnih nalog, povezanih s podporo kupcem,
  • po potrebi prenos zahtevnejših primerov nadrejenemu ali izkušenemu sodelavcu,
  • spoštovanje predpisov s področja varnosti in zdravja pri delu,
  • opravljanje pomožnih in dopolnilnih nalog po navodilu nadrejenega.
Kaj pričakujemo:
  • IV. stopnja izobrazbe (administrativna, poslovna ali druga ustrezna smer),
  • delovne izkušnje niso pogoj,
  • dobro poznavanje programa poslovanja in MS Office,
  • tekoče znanje slovenskega jezika,
  • tekoče znanje angleškega jezika (znanje hrvaškega jezika je prednost),
  • vozniško dovoljenje B kategorije.
