Job Description Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively. As a Junior AM Engineer at Endava, you will be expected to thrive in dynamic environments where unexpected disruptions can occur, ensuring continuity of service and minimal business impact. This means quickly diagnosing issues, adapting solutions under pressure, and communicating effectively with client to maintain trust. By turning disruption into an opportunity for process improvement, you'll help strengthen both application stability and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are triaged in Service Management tool within agreed SLAs. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Perform requirements analysis. Document and communicate the results of your efforts. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Perform user acceptance testing. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves software defects, or delegates tasks appropriately, ensuring timely deployment of fixes to production environments. QualificationsExperience working with customers. Experience with SQL or MS Excel for data processing or reporting.  Very good analytical thinking focused on details.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  High knowledge of English language (>70% Level).  Capable of identifying trends and using statistics to interpret data.  Organized, methodical and structured approach to work, attention to details  Ability to evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose a recommended CM solution.  Curiosity and business acumen.  Self-starter and driven.  Basic understanding of how the Internet works, (Servers, Packages, IPs, Clients, etc.)  Nice to have:Windows or Linux administration.  Some technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle .Understanding of developing languages such as C#, Java .Database Administration SQL.  Experience of working with IT customer service, support operation and project management.  Knowledge of SLA structure .
