Account Manager
with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the online gambling industry. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, responsible for maximising revenue and growth from our suite of games. You'll work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, data, and tech) and external partners to ensure clients are fully leveraging our games and tools to drive player engagement and monetisation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • manage and grow a portfolio of B2B iGaming operators,
  • own the commercial performance of assigned accounts – track KPIs such as game revenue, player engagement, and product adoption,
  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the game portfolio, features, and promotional tools,
  • collaborate with clients to develop game rollout strategies, promotional calendars, and optimisation plans,
  • analyze client performance data and provide actionable insights to boost game traffic, retention, and ARPU,
  • deliver regular performance reviews and strategic account planning with clients,
  • coordinate internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech Support) to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively,
  • monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities or threats,
  • contribute to product feedback loops by relaying client suggestions and feature requests to the product team,
  • ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management and solution-oriented support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • at least one year of experience with account management or similar role in sales,
  • knowledge of the iGaming domain; especially knowledge of casino games is an advantage,
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills are required,
  • proven track record of managing multiple priority projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is required,
  • strong communication and presentation skills,
  • goal oriented driven individual,
  • frequent travel required.
