Aufgaben
:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Digital-Marketing-Strategie zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz, Generierung von Leads und Unterstützung des Umsatzwachstums
  • Steuerung aller digitalen Marketingkanäle wie SEA, SEO, Social Media, E-Mail-Marketing, Content, Affiliate und Programmatic Advertising
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Digital-Marketing-Teams sowie Koordination von externen Partnern und Agenturen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von kanalübergreifenden Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
  • Nutzung datengetriebener Methoden zur Zielgruppenansprache, Personalisierung und Automatisierung von Marketingmassnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produkt, Kommunikation, CRM und IT zur Umsetzung der Digitalstrategie
  • Auswahl, Einführung und Optimierung von Marketing-Technologien (z.B. Automation-Tools, Web-Analytics, CRM-Systeme)
  • Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Digital Marketing sowie regelmässiges Reporting der wichtigsten KPIs an die Geschäftsführung

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Digital Business oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Performance-Marketing, Web-Analyse, Conversion-Optimierung und kanalübergreifender Kampagnensteuerung
  • Vertraut mit MarTech-Systemen und datengetriebenem Marketingansatz
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Führungserfahrung, Teamorientierung und eine hohe digitale Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Kenntnisse in Slowenisch, Deutsch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
