About the Role

We're looking for a
Mid-Level Web Developer
who enjoys working across different parts of the stack and isn't afraid to dive into technical problem-solving beyond pure coding. While experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus, the core of this role focuses on
building web solutions, integrating third-party systems, and contributing to technical consulting for client projects
.

You'll work on a variety of web-driven initiatives—custom integrations, migration tasks, CMS development, and general technical implementation—while collaborating closely with clients and our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a well-rounded technical specialist with exposure to both engineering and digital/CRM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop web applications and backend services for client projects
  • Build custom integrations between HubSpot and other platforms
  • Assist with migrations into HubSpot (data, workflows, assets, or systems)
  • Contribute to frontend development within HubSpot CMS and other environments
  • Provide technical input and consulting during project scoping and implementation
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Design scalable integration workflows and system architectures
  • Create technical documentation for internal and client use

Required Skills

  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and development experience
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture and API design
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Frontend development experience, ideally with
  • Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
  • Proven ability to build and deploy integrations or automation services
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing technical discussions
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS, or HubSpot APIs
  • Exposure to other frontend frameworks , Astro, Svelte, )
  • Familiarity with Golang or Python
  • Experience with AI-related tooling (LLMs, agentic systems, or automation)
  • Background in marketing technology or CRM platforms
  • Understanding of DevOps workflows or tooling
