As a key member of the Central Europe IP&E team, you will work collaboratively with FAE teams and account managers to maximize opportunities and close deals. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their innovative ideas and products.

You will gather and analyze competitive information to identify new business opportunities and organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends. Regular market and commercial updates will be delivered to regional teams, and you will foster teamwork within the One Arrow team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with FAE teams and account managers
  • Guide creative inventors at our customers
  • Gather and analyze competitive information
  • Organize training sessions
  • Deliver regular market and commercial updates
Requirements:
  • Educated within Electronics
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or product management
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to build strategic business relationships
  • Interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
