Our Team:

We are a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals working together to achieve excellence in the field of electronic components and computer products. As a Market Development Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense sector, you will join our Central Europe IP&E team, which is responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with FAE teams and account managers to develop and execute market development strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify and develop new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and executing market development strategies
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region
Requirements:
  • Educated within Electronics
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or product management
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to build strategic business relationships
  • Interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
