About CE.way CE.way Regulatory Consultants is an international regulatory consulting and laboratory testing company specialising in cosmetics. Since 2012, we have helped more than 700 cosmetics companies comply with regulatory requirements and place their products on markets including the EU, UK, USA, Canada and the Middle East. Our services include cosmetic product safety assessments, regulatory documentation, laboratory testing, label and claims reviews, Responsible Person services, and product notifications and registrations. The opportunity We already work with a number of cosmetics companies in South Korea and are now looking for a locally based professional to expand CE.way’s presence in the Korean market. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and sell CE.way’s international regulatory and testing services to Korean cosmetics brands, manufacturers and exporters. You will represent CE.way locally, develop new business relationships and act as the main point of contact between Korean clients and our international regulatory team. Depending on your experience, the role may later expand to include coordinating regulatory services for international companies entering the South Korean cosmetics market.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach Korean cosmetics brands, manufacturers, exporters and other potential clients
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities
- Present CE.way’s regulatory consulting and laboratory testing services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Korean clients and industry partners
- Understand prospective clients’ needs and coordinate proposals with CE.way’s regulatory and sales teams
- Represent CE.way at cosmetics exhibitions, conferences and business meetings in South Korea
- Monitor relevant Korean cosmetics-industry developments and commercial opportunities
- Support communication between Korean clients and CE.way’s international team
- Potentially coordinate Korean regulatory projects for international clients, depending on experience Candidate profile Essential:
- Native-level Korean
- Strong professional English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the cosmetics, personal care or beauty industry, ideally also experience working in a cosmetics regulatory industry
- Confidence in business development, client communication and relationship building
- Ability to work independently as CE.way’s local representative
- Willingness to attend trade shows, client meetings and industry events in South Korea
- Good organisational skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach Preferred:
- Experience with a cosmetics regulatory consultancy, cosmetics manufacturer, testing laboratory or certification company
- Existing relationships with Korean cosmetics brands, manufacturers or exporters
- Knowledge of EU or UK cosmetics regulation, US MoCRA requirements or international cosmetics market entry
- Experience in cosmetics export, overseas certification, regulatory affairs or B2B professional-service sales
- Knowledge of South Korean cosmetics regulation and MFDS procedures

What we offer
- Starting gross base compensation of KRW 3,500,000 per month
- 5% commission on collected revenue generated from newly acquired clients (negotiable)
