Lead Specialist - Marketing

Job Scope

The Lead Specialist - Marketing is accountable for developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan and growth strategy of the Apple brand within Apple Authorised Resellers in the Adriatic region covering external communication and PR, branding, positioning, digital and other marketing related activities in coordination with the management and relevant stakeholders (internal, Apple Authorised Resellers and Apple).

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the marketing strategy ensuring alignment with the Apple strategy and objectives meeting, in parallel, Apple Authorised Resellers needs and maximising results on all ends;
  • Implement the quarterly/yearly marketing business plan based on extensive and comprehensive market research and company objectives;
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis and develop marketing plans, campaigns and activities accordingly;
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns that help raise Apple brand and service awareness using different mediums and channels and addressing different audiences and segments in coordination with the Direct Manager;
  • Implement the digital marketing strategy for the company/partners;
  • Conceptualise, create engaging content and implement campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels;
  • Monitor the effective utilisation of the set marketing budget whilst optimising costs;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a creative calendar of events that fosters traffic and increases customer engagement;
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with key industry players, partners and agencies to best serve the interests of the company;
  • Continuously coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful initiatives and results;
  • Create and develop reports and analyse data and figures to be used in future campaigns and activities;
  • Develop creative briefs for all communication platforms including print, digital and video;
  • Oversee a team of marketing specialists helping the company to achieve its marketing goals.

  • Ensure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company HR strategy at a departmental level;
  • Act as an agent of change and challenge departmental structures and processes to accompany change initiatives;
  • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.

Position Requirements

Proficient in Croatian or Serbian and English.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
