SEO Specialist

SEO Specialist & Content Creator (m/f)

We're looking for a proactive and creative SEO Specialist & Content Creator to join our marketing team at Pek Automotive, the company behind PeK Agrobots: Slopehelper and Agilehelper — innovative robotic solutions for agriculture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our online visibility and lead generation through SEO strategy, keyword research, content creation, LinkedIn, YouTube optimization, and SEO-based email marketing. You'll work closely with our international team and native speakers to create and translate high-quality, keyword-optimized content that performs globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize SEO content, conduct keyword research, and implement strategies to boost Google rankings and drive qualified traffic globally
• Conduct monthly
  SEO audits
   and apply on-page/off-page optimization strategies.
• Write 
  case studies, reference studies, and socially proven content
   that highlight customer success and product performance.
• Create and maintain content for the 
  Feasibility Calculator
    and ensure it's optimized for search and usability.
• Coordinate translations in 6 languages with native-speaking colleagues.
• Manage and optimize 
  YouTube
   channel SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata).
• Develop and execute an
  Mailchimp mailing strategy
   to drive engagement and website traffic.
• Analyze and improve product pages for higher ranking and conversion.
• Build and implement a 
  LinkedIn
   content strategy to promote blog posts, news, and product updates.
• Track SEO and content performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Manage technical SEO (page speed, structure, internal linking, schema markup).
• Support backlink and PR strategy to increase domain authority and brand visibility.
• Ensure all digital activities align with multilingual and international SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience with keyword research, content optimization, and analytics tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong English writing and editing skills; other European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress (or other CMS) and SEO plugins.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, social SEO, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar platforms for email optimization.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, translators, and developers.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B marketing or agriculture/robotics/technology industries.
• Knowledge of local and international SEO strategies.
• Understanding of structured data, meta tags, and content clusters.
