Pridruži se podjetju EasyPark kot Junior Account Executive v Sloveniji Iščemo novega člana ekipe v Ljubljani, ki bo pomagal širiti našo prisotnost na slovenskem trgu in soustvarjati prihodnost urbane mobilnosti v B2B segmentu. Smo osrednja blagovna znamka podjetja Arrive, vodilnega globalnega ponudnika parkirnih in mobilnostnih tehnologij.

Gre za priložnost, da aktivno sodeluješ pri širitvi našega poslovanja in si odgovoren/a za celoten prodajni proces - od prvega stika do sklenitve posla. Prodaja, pogajanja, priprava ponudb in odlična podpora strankam bodo tvoj vsakdan. Veliko komunikacije poteka preko telefona, zato so pomembne sposobnosti poslušanja in prilagajanja vsaki stranki posebej.

Ta vloga ti omogoča jasen napredek in ti nudi vse potrebne veščine ter podporo za uspeh. Pri tem boš imel/a dostop do konkurenčne nagrajevalne strukture, ki ceni tvoj trud in dosežke. Poleg tega boš prejemal/a redno mentorstvo, ki ti bo pomagal doseči zastavljene cilje, hkrati pa boš imel/a jasen načrt razvoja kariere, ki ti bo omogočil/a naslednji korak na tvoji profesionalni poti.

Kaj boš počel/a?

  • Aktivno boš prodajal/a naše B2B rešitve, se pogajal/a in pripravljal/a ponudbe.
  • Gradil/a boš dolgoročne odnose s strankami in skrbel/a za njihovo zadovoljstvo.
  • Vsakodnevno boš načrtoval/a in izvajal/a klice, da boš dosegel/a zastavljene cilje (KPI-je).
  • Skrbel/a boš za ažurne in kakovostne podatke v CRM sistemu.
  • Prevzel/a boš odgovornost za dogovore s strankami in zagotavljal/a, da bodo uspešno zaključeni.

Kaj pričakujemo od tebe?

  • Predhodne izkušnje v prodaji (B2B izkušnje so prednost).
  • Ciljna usmerjenost in želja po preseganju rezultatov.
  • Sposobnost delovanja samostojno in kot del ekipe.
  • Zelo dobre komunikacijske veščine - poslušanje, govorjenje, pisanje in grajenje odnosov.
  • Tekoče znanje slovenskega in angleškega jezika.
