Responsibilities

:

  • Planning and implementation of projects for the development of the company's infrastructure;
  • Coordination of contractors during installation, connection of channels, and commissioning of equipment;
  • Purchase of servers, components (memory, processors, disks), and other IT equipment;
  • Acceptance and recording of equipment in the warehouse;
  • Marking goods with QR codes and keeping track of warehouse stock;
  • Organizing the shipment of servers and components to data centers;
  • Interacting with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and documentation;
  • Forming a procurement plan based on an analysis of stock and needs;
  • Quality control of delivered products;
  • Maintaining procurement and warehouse records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT equipment procurement, preferably with server equipment;
  • Knowledge of the server and component market;
  • Technical education or experience working with hardware;
  • Attentiveness, organization, and ability to work with large amounts of information;
  • High learning ability and ability to quickly master new technologies;
  • Knowledge of English at the B2 level.
