About the team & role

As Jr. People Experience Analyst you will assist with several People team processes and be at the heart of people operations, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all employees.

This role is based in our Slovenian office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Bitstamp by Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. 

What you'll do

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Assist with Community agenda, help with communication and internal event organization.
  • Substitute for Executive Assistant and Office Manager tasks in Ljubljana Office when needed.
  • Edit and update employee attendance records.
  • Prepare monthly calculations and reports related to students' working hours.
  • Scheduling medical check-ups and safety training for employees.
  • Maintain and edit employee records and personnel folders in line with regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel data, records, and documents with precision.
  • Help with the preparation of labour-related legal documentation.

What you bring

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Reliability, ability to organize, precision, and a responsible attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and databases.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships across a diverse range of people.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
