OPIS DEL IN OPRAVIL:



- vodenje in organizacija dela na pododdelku,

- nadzor nad učinkovitostjo del na pododdelku,

- sodelovanje pri izdelavi tehnoloških postopkov,

- vzdrževalna dela v proizvodnji,

- dela na obdelovalnih strojih,

- intervencijska vzdrževalna dela,

- sodelovanje z zunanjimi izvajalci (npr. strojna obdelava za potrebe rezervnih delov ipd.),

- planiranje prioritet in investicij vezanih na vzdrževanje,

- planiranje večjih in preventivnih vzdrževanj,

- planiranje remontov,

- skrb za ustrezno korespondenco v proizvodnji v primeru manjših oz. hitrih intervencij,

- nadzor nad delovanjem opreme in sodelovanje pri uvajanju nove opreme,

- vodenje evidence dela v delavnici,

- vodenje evidenc strojev,

- skrb za zaloge rezervnih delov in potrošnega materiala za delavnico,

- vodenje in spremljanje tima vzdrževalcev,

- koordinacija z vodjo proizvodnje glede vzdrževanja (redno in intervencijsko)

- zagotavljanje izvajanja poteka dela po predpisanih standardih, uvedba novih standardov,

- reševanje reklamacij,

- sodelovanje pri sistemih presoje kakovosti (npr. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

- opravljanje drugih nalog skladno z usposobljenostjo delavca in navodili delodajalca.
