Senior HR Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five HR professionals, some working remotely. Set clear objectives and ensure alignment with broader HR and business strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team check-ins and ensure seamless communication across locations.
  • Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with senior leaders to shape organizational and workforce development. Drive change management initiatives and cultural transformation programs and support global HR strategic initiative implementation
  • Operational Excellence : Ensure compliance with employment laws across European countries. Oversee implementation and use of HR tools and systems (e.g., PeopleNow, Service Hub). Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess team effectiveness and business impact.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management : Champion best-in-class practices onboarding, and retention. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and learning & development. Support merger & acquisition integration processes and organizational restructuring. Aligning HR practices with business priorities while enhancing employee experience.
  • Countries in scope : Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Kazakhstan & Ukraine.

Background & Skills
  • Relevant university degree with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable HR business partnering experience within a global, industrial environment
