What you'll build

• In this role you will own and improve operational tenant-management processes for SAP LeanIX internal, partner and customer tenants.
• You will triage provisioning and workspace-setup requests, execute tenant creation, configuration and deprovisioning, run migrations and data updates.
• You will raise the bar on tenant data quality by defining validation rules, running audits and driving remediation.
• By implementing lightweight automations and validation checks and collaborating with Product & Engineering, Customer Success Management (CSM), SAP IT and Data Governance, you'll reduce time-to-provision, improve tenant health scores and ensure compliance with SAP standards.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, Business IT or related). Master's a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT/business applications, operations or business analysis; equivalent experience or transferable skills are welcome.
• Practical experience or strong knowledge of workspace lifecycle management  (onboarding, provisioning, configuration, access control and deprovisioning) in enterprise systems.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing and basic data governance concepts.
• Proficiency with scripting (Python) for data validation and remediation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, independent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skill

Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
