Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Slovenia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (at least C1 level). You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently, navigating internal and external documentation, and escalating priority issues to appropriate internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Research and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support channels
  • Navigate internal and external documentation to provide world-class service
  • Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to internal teams
  • Rout calls to the appropriate resources when necessary and document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures
  • Communicate emerging trends and patterns in accomplished issues to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of common PC applications
  • Very good user knowledge of German (at least C1 level)
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in German
  • Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, independence, and reliability
  • Skilled conversation skills, linguistic fluency, and understandable pronunciation in German
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basics credit card-specific knowledge desirable

Compensation and Benefits
  • Gross salary: €1,508 - €1,508 + €50 EUR Net (WFH) + €6.70 EUR Net/working day (meals)
