Role Description The Varnostni tehnik is a full-time, on-site role based in Slovenia, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining physical security systems and related software solutions. Daily tasks include performing system inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper functioning of alarms, access control, and surveillance systems. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand security requirements, providing user training, and documenting technical interventions and system configurations. The technician will also work closely with internal teams to report field feedback, support continuous product improvement, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Occasional travel to customer locations within Slovenia may be required. Qualifications
- Technical

skills:
Knowledge of physical security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, cabling, hardware setup).
- Software and tools: Ability to work with configuration software, diagnostic tools, and standard office applications for reporting and documentation.
- Customer-facing

skills:
Strong communication, ability to explain technical solutions clearly, and a service-oriented approach to working with clients.
- Problem-solving

skills:
Practical troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently in the field.
- Education and

experience:
Vocational or technical education in electronics, IT, or a related field; previous experience in security systems or technical field work is an advantage.
- Other

qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, readiness for on-site work, and proficiency in Slovenian; basic English skills are beneficial.
