Small-batch in Europe, 48–72h EU shipping, founder-led.MissionScale profitably with a simple structure, disciplined testing, and finance-true KPIs.What you'll ownMeta (IG/FB):  1 Prospecting + 1 Retargeting (or Advantage+ Shopping) with weekly creative rotation.Google:  Brand Search +  Performance Max / Shopping  (clean feed, diagnostics green).Tracking:   GA4 ,  Pixel + CAPI  (dedup),  UTMs ,  Meta Catalog ,  Google Merchant Center .Creatives:  UGC/Reels first — write briefs, ship  2–3 new variants/week , manage  whitelisting  of top creators.Reporting:  Weekly sheet —  Spend, ROAS (gross & net), MER (net), CPA, AOV, CR, Freq , winners/next tests.Kill rules:  Pause at  €100 spend  if  ROAS gross < 1.8  or  CTR < 0.6%  and  Freq > 2.5 .Targets (finance-true)ROAS gross ≥ 2.7  (≈ ROAS net 2.3) ·  MER (net) ≥ 3.0CPA €35–€45  ·  CR ~1.4%  ·  AOV ~€100  ·  Freq < 2.5  ·  Refunds ≤ 15%Budget context: Week 1–2 test €1–1.5k/week; scale only when targets hold.Must-havesProven  DTC fashion/apparel  experience in EU markets.Hands-on  Shopify + GA4 + CAPI + Merchant Center + Meta Catalog .Confident with  PMax/Shopping , naming conventions, clean UTMs.Writes sharp short-form hooks; thinks in  P&L , not vanity metrics.Nice to haveShort copy  DE/FR , feed debugging (GTIN/price mismatch),  LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads .Scope & termsStart date:   ASAP .Time expectation:   10–20h/week  typical; any increase  requires prior approval .Contract:  Freelance, remote (CET ±1).  2-week pilot  with KPIs → monthly retainer.Access/IP:  Contractor under  NDA ;  IP belongs to Maru + Bo ; work inside our  Shopify/GA/BM  (no new accounts).CompensationRetainer:   €1.5–3.0k/month  (or  €60–120/h ; scope/experience dependent).Performance bonus:   10% of monthly ad spend  if  MER (net) ≥ 3.3   and  the  monthly revenue target  is hit  (MER (net) = net revenue ex-VAT, after discounts/returns ÷ total marketing spend) .Estimated ad spend:   €15,000–€30,000/month , seasonal and  scaled only when KPIs hold .Guardrails (all must be true):Returns ≤ 15%  (units or €)Discount rate ≤ 10%  of gross sales (unless pre-approved)Ad spend within the pre-approved band  (e.g., €15–30k/month; weekly ramp plan agreed in writing)Measurement:  MER calculated from  GA4 net revenue  for the same date range; marketing spend includes  Meta + Google ad spend  (and  whitelisting fees  if used).
